Finishes

 

We use our own special blend of natural oil and wax finish.

 

This allows the timber breathe and brings out the natural lustre of the timber.

 

We don’t use toxic 2-pac finishes or stains but we will use a danish oil finish for commercial or wet area situations.

We use traditional cabinetry techniques including mortice and tenon and dovetail joins.

 

We don’t use metal components such as draw runners, brackets or tracks.

 

We are self-confessed wood nerds with a love for timber construction.

 

A properly made draw doesn’tneed draw runners. Our timber sliding doors glide beautifully on timber tracks
